What I Offer...


Nutrition for sport and exercise

Are you training for a sporting event? e.g. Marathon or triathlon Advice will be given on best food/fluids to eat/drink and when best to eat/drink them in order to optimise your performance and recovery through out your training.

Nutrition for pre and post natal

Advice will be given on all you need to know regarding nutrition for optimal health of you and your baby before, during and after pregnancy.

Nutrition for good health

Advice will be given on eating a healthy balanced diet which can dramatically improve your health and wellbeing. Even if you are not over weight a badly balanced diet can put your overall health at risk.

4 sessions “Nutrition Package” - £120


If your goal is not to lose weight but to get nutritional advice on what best to eat and when best to eat it. E.g. when training for a sporting event or if you are planning a pregnancy and want to know what you can and can’t eat to optimise you and your baby’s health then this is the package for you.


This package consists of an initial consultation meeting where information will be gathered on your; 

· medical history, 
· lifestyle, 
· family and occupational commitments, 
· long term nutrition, 
· weight loss goals, 
· existing eating habits, 
· activity levels, 
· weight and body measurements will be recorded, 
· 24 hour recall on food intake will be conducted


You will also be asked to keep a food diary.

From this we can start to make changes to your diet which will start you on the road to achieving a healthier, more nutritious diet. 

During subsequent sessions further changes to your diet will be made monitoring your progress towards better health and wellbeing.

We will discuss if you have managed to implement the changes that were recommended the previous week and find strategies to help you cope with any external factors e.g. Lack of time to cook healthy meals, which may be influencing what you are eating or if there are any barriers to change e.g. Being led astray by friends and family, we can try and find solutions to overcome these barriers.



Packages can be adapted to suit each individual’s requirements. Appointments can be arranged in the comfort of your own home (subject to postcode/area)
